What is your return policy?

Oikos Global accepts returns within 30-days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all products should be in excellent condition, in original packaging, and must have all the components received.

Obtain a "Return Authorization" via e-mail from Oikos Global before returning the product. For defective products, you may return it to us within 15 days from the receipt of your order and we will replace it for the same item at no extra charge except shipping cost. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue you a full refund.

Note: You are responsbile for the shipping cost when returning a product.

If the product is lost during return, a refund cannot be issued. We therefore encourage you to use a courier with a tracking system. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are returning a product from outside Canada, you are responsible for custom duties and taxes.  

How will I know my order status?

A confirmation e-mail is sent to confirm your order. Tracking information may be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. To verify the status of your package, you may visit www.canadapost.ca then enter the Item number or Delivery Notification Card number in the corresponding field provided.

If your package is sent through a carrier other than Canada Post, you may visit the carrier's corresponding tracking page.

What is your cancellation policy?

Since we try to ship orders right away, cancellations can only be made within the day your order was placed. If you would like to make changes to your order, please cancel the original order (within the hour) and place a new order. This leaves less room for mistakes on our end.

What is your discount policy?

Oikos Global offers a 20-30% discount for bulk orders of all regular priced products to educational instritutions, home-schools, non-profit organizations, and churches. Purchase orders on provincial, state, school board, or church letterhead must be faxed to 709-466-2214 for processing.

Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) are added to the total amount.

How about shipping cost?

Shipping and handling costs are determined by weight and destination of packages. International shipments (outside US and Canada) may incur additional cost. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs and applicable fees, taxes, or duties.
