Tina is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Education Communication Arts, Major in English. She is currently a candidate for MAT Reading and Masters Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.

Upon receiving her degree, Tina established Dayspring Academy— a Christian School founded in 1975. She later designed the over-all curriculum of the Dayspring Academy Elementary Department and Dayspring Academy High School.

Tina has significant professional, leadership and teaching roles. She is in-charge of the testing and supervision at Dayspring Academy. In addition, she provides an on-going professional development, training and consultation to faculty members around the country through seminars and workshops particularly in areas of Classroom Management and Discipline, Multi-Intelligence and Learning Styles, and Behavior Modification of Children with Learning Disabilities.

As a Lecturer of EQpreneurs Philippines, Tina advocates and promotes Emotional Intelligence as the key to success in the School and the Workplace.

Bunky is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Human Kinetics and is currently a candidate for Masters Degree in Education Specializing in Administration and Supervision.

As the Head of Dayspring Academy’s Special Programs and Recreation, he concentrates on developing Multi-Intelligence among children with a special focus on Bodily Kinesthetic and Creativity.

Bunky is a strong advocate of emotional intelligence. Recently, he has joined EQpreneurs Philippines as one of its core members.

Since 1989, Bunky is a Coach and Trainor of The Milo Basketball Efficiency Scientific Training (BEST) Center in the Philippines.
